Mexico Sub-17: CONCACAF Champion

Although they had already obtained their ticket to the World Cup, the first four spots of CONCACAF were determined, and the Sub-17 of Mexico were crowned after defeating Panama 2-1. Though Rommel Fernández began the scoring at 56 minutes, Panama’s goalkeeper Jaime De Gracia scored an auto-goal to tie it and Solomon Wbias made the difference by scoring at 69 minutes. The FIFA World Cup Sub-17 will be played in the United Arab Emirates from October 17 to November 8. The four participating teams will be: Mexico, Panama, Canada and Honduras.
